April 14, 2008 - Regular Meeting <br />D. April 28,2008- Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford to approve <br />the Minutes of the Joint Workshop of March 18, 2008; Workshop <br />Meeting of April 14, 2008 and Regular Meetings of April 14 and 28, <br />2008, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Sandra <br />T. Solomon and carried unanimously on a 5 — 0 voice vote. <br />
