Mr.

Jones seconded the motion. A general discussion ensued regarding the selection of the eRA auditor. The motion

passed unanimously by voice vote.

Fifth Item of Business: Old Business

A copy of the finalized CRA Annual Report was distributed to the CRA Board members (a copy of the

annual report is on file in the Community Development Department). In response to the Board's question, Mr.

Paradise said that the purchase of the Quail Pond property is scheduled for review by the City Commission for the

budget transfer and the necessary contract requirements. A general discussion ensued regarding the cost of the

property. Mr. Paradise said the fees are approximately $100 more than the $185,000 the eRA approved at the last

meeting and he requested the Board's concurrence for the additional amount.

In response to the Board's question, it was stated that the house was in very poor condition and the plan

was to demolish the property. Mr. Torres said the City is in the process of obtaining bids for the demolition of the

property.

Sixth Item of Business: Public Comments

Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Casselberry

suggested using the Quail Pond property for storage.
