He explained automotive sales for that parcel is considered an existing non- <br /> <br />conforming use. He said any changes to the site would affect its non-conforming use status. <br /> <br />Mr. Paradise said that Century Retail has expressed some interest for the property. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding approval of the invoices. Mr. Paradise said that the vendors <br /> <br />would be contacted to discuss payment of the invoices and if necessary a eRA special meeting may be <br /> <br />scheduled to approve the outstanding invoices. <br /> <br />In response to rv1r. Hoffmann's question, Mr. Paradise said he has not been advised regardino th;:. <br /> <br />scheduling of a Steering Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle said that Swan Development has completed the Request for Qualification contract and <br /> <br />Mr. Lyons expressed an interest in continuing to work with the eity, <br /> <br />Fifth Item of Business: Public Comment <br /> <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward.
