Recognition oC Revenue and Expenditures Cor a Non-motorized Boating Improvement <br />Program and Related Budget Amendment #08-052 <br />Recognition of Shared Revenue and expenditures for boating improvements at the boat launch for North Lake Triplet at <br />Secret Lake Park and for improvements to the canal and bridge area between North Lake Triplet and Middle Lake Triplet <br />via Budget Amendment #08-052 is requested. <br /> <br />B. City Attorney Rate Cor ProCessional Legal Services <br />Approval to accept the City Attorney's rate of $ l50lhour for professional legal services through October I, 2009 is <br />requested. <br />
