David & Cod (owners) <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Officer, went over the history of this case. Mr. Brown stated that the property <br />owners met with the City on 02/01/2008 to discuss what changes needed to be made to be brought into compliance. <br />Compliance includes removal of the sheds, obtaining a pennit for fences & working with Kelly Brock, City Engineer <br />on the sea wall and side walls. As of 02/14/2008 during a follow-up inspection conducted by CEO Michele <br />Lawrence, it was confinned that the sheds have been removed, pennit for the fenced has been applied for, however <br />permit was denied and the fences are still in place and as of 02/17/2008 Kelly Brock has not been contacted by <br />the property owner. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a correction to the compliance date; it was 02/1 <br /> <br /> <br />and not 01/1 1/2008. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Cori Pieski, 945 Brydie Court, Casselberry, FL 32707, stated that she was at the meeting on her husband's behalf <br />Ms. Pieski stated that thc sheds have not been totally removed and she was not sure what pennits have been applied <br />tor. Ms. Pieski brought photos to the meeting and stated the chicken wire fence has been taken down. The photos <br />were passed out the Code Enforcement Board. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br />
