Mr. Adkins stated that he had moved to Casselberry 34 years ago and lived at his current location for 10 <br />years. This was the first time in 34 years he had occasion to be at a Code Enforcement Hearing. Mr. Adkins <br />continued to address the Board. <br /> <br />Richard L. Henderson, Chairperson addressed Mr. Adkins. <br /> <br />Mr. Adkins addressed the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson advised Mr. Adkins. <br /> <br />Mr. Adkins took his seat at 7: J 4 pm <br /> <br />SUBSEOUENT HEARINGS <br /> <br />CE-07-02311 No Building permit 1-4.3 945 Brvdie Court Pieski~ David & Cori (owners) <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, gave a summary of what has happened with this case to the Board <br />Members. Mr. Brown then showed the Board Members before and after photos of the property that were taken by <br />the resident, Mr. Pieski. Mr. Brown then updated the Board members of what has been completed in reference to <br />this violation. Mr. Brown recommended the Board find the property owner as, working tov.'ard compliance with <br />another review date at the next Board meeting. There is also the more serious matter of the ground elevation and <br />water frontage; meetings are pending in this matter, between the resident, Kelly Brock, City engineer, and the DEP. <br /> <br />Richard L. Henderson asked are the people in the audience from the HOA. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown stated yes they were. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked was there one member who wished to speak for the group. <br /> <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher swore in person who would testify. <br /> <br />Gene Pauldine, 916 Ashley Court, stated he is a member of the Board of Directors at Northshore. Mr. Pauldine <br />gave testimony. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint asked Mr. Pauldine if the HOA has taken action against Mr. Pieski since he is retaining his material <br />on the HOA property, has the HOA taken action to help him remove that material. <br />
