<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />APRIL 10, 2008 PAGE 7 <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />John Putateri, 1173 Park Drive, gave testimony. Mr. Pusateri stated he has lived in Casselberry for 34 years. He <br />also brought photos with him to the Hearing to share with the Code Enforcement Board members; he gave them to <br />Brenda Jones to pass along to the CEB members. Mr. Pusateri stated he understands that commercial vehicles <br />present problems but did not think his vehicle was in that category. Mr. Pusateri had spoken to Mr. Brown and at <br />that time he was not sure either. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Richard L. Henderson asked Mr. Pusateri if his vehicle had any signage on it what so ever. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated no. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked ifthere were any magnetic signs. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated no. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked ifthere were 40 ft ladders on a daily or weekly basis that would be carried on top of the <br />vehicle. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated that occasionally ajob will require a ladder, they are stored on the side of the house, and when <br />they are needed they are put on the vehicle and taken to the job. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked ifMr. Pusateri was able to park the vehicle in the garage. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated that the Board would not be happy with that because then the boat would have to come out. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked if Mr. Pusateri realized that the boat or vehicle could be parked on the side of the house <br />behind a fence. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated that his property does not allow him to, there is not enough room. <br /> <br />Kathleen A. Hale asked what the length and width of the vehicle is. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated the manufacturers lists the dimensions as, length l89 in and height as 6'2", and this is not a full <br />sIze van. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked ifMr. Pusateri has seen the type of racks that come on and off. <br /> <br />Mr. Pusateri stated he has seen that type of rack. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br />
