Highway l7/92 Complied before Hearing <br />1040 BeBe Avenue Complied before Hearing <br />l050 Belle A venue Complied before Hearing <br />1040 Belle Avenue Complied before Hearing <br />1056 Belle A venue Complied before Hearing <br />1060 Belle Avenue Complied before Hearing <br />12 1 3 RoBing Lane Complied before Hearing <br /> <br />Mr. Brown advised the Code Enforcement Board that all the Officers notes, photographs, testimony and the <br />PowerPoint Presentation be entered into record. <br /> <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARING <br /> <br />CE-07-02426 No Building permit 1-4.3 251 Triplet Lake Drive Silva, David & Natalie <br />( owners) <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that at of close ofbusiness <br />04/1 012008 the application for a Building Permit has not been applied for. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Robert Bieloh, City of Casselberry, Building Inspector, gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Bieloh advised that the Building Permit had not been applied for and there has been no communication. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Bieloh advised that the structure looked the same as the first time he saw it. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />David Thomas Silva, 251 Triplet Lake Drive, advised the Code Enforcement Board on the reason why he did not <br />apply for the Building Permit. Mr. Silva stated the reason is that he only had a preliminary set of drawings and not <br />the finalized set of drawings. Mr. Silva stated this is still in the works and he understood there would be a fine <br />imposed, the situation was out of his control, and he could not make them go any faster. <br /> <br />Richard L. Henderson stated that Mr. Silva had time before they met last month when they met and now they have <br />had another thirty days and he still didn't have a finished set. <br />
