<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JUNE 12, 2008 PAGE 9 <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson stated for thc record, Mr. Schnell had presented photos of his property. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell gave testimony. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson stated the vchicles are not in compliance, he then asked how long it would take Me Schnell to move the <br />vehiclcs and store them elsewhere. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell stated about two months, due to financial issues. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell then stated that in the Code under recreational vehicles, that if they are stored behind a 6 ft fence or screened <br />that they would be ok as long as they are not viewed from the public. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson stated that \vas cOITect, but they still have to be licensed. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell stated the green Camaro could never be licensed due to there being no title. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson asked ifthc other vehicle could be licensed. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell stated he could, but that one was to be dismantlcd to use for parts tor the green car and then the rest would be <br />hauled off to a scrap yard. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnell gave testimony. <br /> <br />Charlene Glancy made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case # 08-00643 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.9, <br />and that Respondent correct the violation before 1 :00 pm 07/07/2008. Another hearing will be held before this board on <br />07/1 0/2008 to detennine compliance by the aforcstated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestatcd date a fine <br />in the amount of $1 0.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. <br />The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Ordcr. <br /> <br />Phillip 'Weekley seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
