The conditional use shall be limited to a 2COP license for Suite 1000, as indicated on the site map. <br />2. All sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be on-site and indoors. The sale of alcoholic <br />beverages shall be less than 50% of the gross receipts of the business. <br />3. Package sales of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption are prohibited. <br />4. The business must be licensed, permitted, and in operation by September 27, 2008, or the <br />conditional use expires. <br />5. The conditional use will become null and void if the business is discontinued for 90 days or more. <br />6. All of the above conditions shall be met or this approval shall become null and void. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked the applicant to come forward. The applicant was not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br /> <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked for a motion to address CU 08-02. Mr. Henson recommended approval of CU 08-02 <br /> <br />based on the staff report dated March 19, 2008 to the Planning and Zoning Commission from Mr. Senzee. Site plan extension for a 15,000 square foot <br />office/warehouse building. Property located at 960 Belle Avenue, Winter Springs, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated March 19, 2008, <br /> <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Senzee said approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a 12 month extension for White <br /> <br />Sands Square, located at 960 Belle Avenue, would be based on the revised (approved) site plan dated March 8, <br /> <br />2007, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated April 6, 2007, the cover letter dated March 19, <br /> <br />2008 and the revised conditions outlined in the staff report which were: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall provide the following corrections to the Landscaping Plan on Sheet C7. <br />
