<br />WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF FURTHER QUALIFICATION THEREFORE; r ~ i.;;:~
<br />PROVIDING THAT EFFECTIVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW, THE LANDS
<br />TO BE ANNEXED SHALL BE ASSESSED FOR PAYMENT OF MUNICIPAL AD
<br />VALOREM TAXES; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED
<br />COPIES OF THE ORDINANCE WITH THE CLERK OF COURT AND THE
<br />SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR
<br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />WHEREAS, the owner(s) of certain lands more particularly described herein below, have requested that the
<br />same be annexed and incorporated into the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
<br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. The lands described in Schedule A and shown on the map in Schedule B, attached hereto, be and
<br />they are hereby annexed to and included within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida.
<br />
<br />Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and they are hereby revised to include
<br />the land described in Section 1 hereof.
<br />
<br />Section 3. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find that the lands described
<br />in Section 1 are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, that said lands meet
<br />the criteria established by Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, that said lands should be annexed, and hereby
<br />consent to the annexation.
<br />
<br />~ Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section I shall retain a zoning and land use classification
<br />~ established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Land Use Plan until otherwise
<br />changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida.
<br />
<br />Section 5. All real property lying within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry,
<br />Florida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed for payment of municipal ad valorem taxes pursuant to law.
<br />
<br />Section 6. All persons who have been lawfully engaged in any occupation, business, trade or profession
<br />within the area described in Section 1 above, upon the effective date of this Ordinance under a valid license
<br />or permit therefore issued by Seminole County, Florida, shall have right to continue such occupation,
<br />business, trade or profession within the entire corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, as revised, upon
<br />
