RESOLUTION 04-1537 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, IN RECOGNITION OF OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY BY VICE MAYOR/COMMISSIONER AL CLARK." WHEREAS, AL CLARK has served the City of Casselberry as Commissioner, elected in 1997 and has continuously served in that capacity to November 2004; and WHEREAS, AL CLARK has served as Vice Mayor for four of the seven years he has been on the Commission and represented the City on the Council of Local Governments (CALNO) as a member and alternate member; and WHEREAS, AL CLARK has carried out the duties and responsibilities of theCommission in an exemplary manner with unwavering devotion and commitment proving to be a valuable asset to the citizens of the City of Casselberry and to the governing body of the City of Casselberry through many issues and problems that have come before the Commission during his tenure; and WHEREAS, AL CLARK has devoted interest, attention, and time and worked diligently for the welfare of the citizens of the City of Casselberry, Seminole County, the entire Central Florida area, and the State of Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, thatthe sincere commendation and appreciation of the City Commission, both for itselfand on behalf of the citizens of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and the same are hereby expressed to AL CLARK for his service to the City of Casselberry. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Casselberry and the original thereof presented to AL CLARK this date to recognize his service to the City of Casselberry.
