Emergency Management Performance Grant Supplement Award <br /> <br />This item requests City Commission approval for an Emergency Management Performance Grant <br />Supplement Award for equipment to better address the needs of the City's Emergency Operations <br />Center (EOC). The amount of the Grant is $45,054.84, with an in-kind cash match from the City <br />of$4,800; total expenditure of $49,854.84. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Colleen S. Second Reading of Ordinance 08-1233 - Amending ULDR Section 2-7.26, <br />Seminola Blvd. Overlay District Design Guidelines (LPA 07-10) <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 07-1233 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />CASSELBERRY CITY CODE, PART III, CHAPTER II, SECTION 2-7.26, SEMINOLA <br />BOULEVARD OVERLAY DISTRICT (SB-2) DESIGN GUIDELINES, AMENDING <br />SECTION 2 (F) ADDITIONAL SITE REQUIREMENTS, TO REVISE MAIL DELIVERY <br />CRITERIA; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Lee:al Advertisement: Advertised in the Orlando Sentinel on January 3], 2008. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation bv Barbara Lipscomb, Citv Manae:er: This is a request from Legacy Park <br />Planned Development to amend ULDR Section 2-7.26, Seminola Boulevard Overlay District <br />Design Guidelines to amend the criteria for mail delivery to allow curbside mail delivery in the <br />single family area. At the present time, the design standards require kiosk delivery if postal <br />deliver to the door of a residence or business is not achievable. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommends a favorable recommendation to the City Commission. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve Ordinance 08-]233 on second reading and final public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Audience Input - None <br />
