<br />ORDINANCE 08-1238 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-1215 RELATING TO PARKING OF <br />RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS, TO CHANGE <br />THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE 07-1215; REPEALING <br />SECTION 3-10.9(A)(2), SECTION 3-10.9(A)(3), AND SECTION 3-10.9(B) <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS; CLARIFYING PARKING IN THE SIDE YARD, BEHIND <br />THE FRONT FACADE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry duly adopted <br /> <br />Ordinance 07-1215 regarding the parking of recreational equipment in residential areas; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the requirements for <br /> <br />parking in the side yard should be clarified regarding parking behind the front facade(s); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that Ordinance's effective date was made contingent on the <br /> <br />adoption of two other parking ordinances, and it now appears that one of those <br /> <br />ordinances will be delayed for further study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to implement Ordinance 07-1215 <br /> <br />before the Commission considers the final parking ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board previously recommended the repeal <br /> <br />of Section 3-10.9(A)(2), Section 3-10.9(A)(3) and Section 3-10.9(B) of the City's Unified <br /> <br />Land Development Regulations, which was made obsolete by Ordinance 07-1215, and <br /> <br />this ordinance also repeals those sections; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined type shall constitute additions to the <br /> <br />original text and strike threl:lgh shall constitute deletions to the original text. <br />
