NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located along North Winter Park Drive, more specifically described as follows: LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 8, LOT 9, and TRACTS A, B, C, and D of the Northeast Industrial Park Replat AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, Pages 77 & 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL. are hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: I (Industrial), as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION 4. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida adopted zoning map.
