<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of <br /> <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located <br /> <br />along North Winter Park Drive, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 8, LOT 9, and TRACTS A, B, C, and D of the Northeast Industrial <br />Park Replat AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, Pages 77 & 78, PUBLIC <br />RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL. <br /> <br />are hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />I (Industrial), as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, District and <br /> <br />General Regulations, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development <br /> <br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br /> <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair <br /> <br />the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br /> <br />become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida adopted zoning map. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 07-1224 <br />PAGE 2 OF 3 <br />
