<br />SECTION 2. That portion of the Future Land Use Plan Element referenced as the <br /> <br />Future Land Use Map of Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry Code of <br /> <br />Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive <br /> <br />Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the designation of <br /> <br /> <br />approximately 7 acres of the property lying between Belle Avenue and Helen Street to I, <br /> <br />Industrial. Said property being more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 1 , LOT 2, LOT 8, LOT 9 and TRACTS A, B, C, and D of the Northeast Industrial <br /> <br />Park Replat AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, Pages 77 & 78, PUBLIC <br />RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL. <br /> <br />A copy of the amendment to the Future Land Use Map is attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida <br /> <br />Statutes. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br /> <br />phrase or portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or <br /> <br />unconstitutional by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, <br /> <br />distinct and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the <br /> <br />remaining portions or application hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br /> <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall not become effective until <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 07-1223 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
