Resolution 08-1854 - Award of Bid to Roman Roads, Inc. for Installation of Turf Block Environmental Pavers at Secret Lake Park - $45,150.45 Approval to award this project to the low bidder, Roman Roads, Inc. tor the installation of turf block pavers to shore up an area of grass turf in Secret Lake Park is requested. D. Resolution 08-1855 - Supporting Expeditious Funding and Completion of the U.S. 17-92 Interchange at S.R. 436 Project and the Widening ofU.S 17-92 from Shepard Road to Lake Mary Boulevard Approval to support expeditious funding and completion of the tlyover project at U.S. 17-92 and S.R. 436, as well as the widening of U.S. 17-92 from Shepard Road to Lake Mary Boulevard, is requested. E. Resolution 08-1856 - Cooperative Purchase Agreement with McLane Excavating Company for Continued Nuisance Plant Harvesting in Middle Lake Triplet & Related Budget Transfer - $27,500.00 Approval to continue the large scale harvesting of aquatic plants in Middle Lake Triplet is requested. Approval of related Budget Transfer #08-011 in the amount of$27,500 is also requested. F. Resolution 08-1857 - Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Murphy Pipeline Contractors - $278,975 Approval to perfonn pipe bursting on Diane Circle, Sunrise Drive and Rainbow Drive is requested. G. Resolution 08-1858 - Project Agreement with the United State Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Services for the Erosion Control of Gee Creek & Related Budget Transfer Approval to enter into the agreement and accept funding in the amount of$130,OOO to stabilize the banks along Gee Creek to prevent erosion and protect property is requested. Approval to provide City funding and related Budget Transfer #08-010 in the amount of$43,333 is also requested. 9. C. First Reading of Ordinance 08-1234 - Public School Facilities Element Approval to adopt the final element (Public School Facilities Element) that was included in the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) 07-1 Large Scale Amendment Package is requested. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES: A. First Reading of Ordinance 08-1233 - Amending ULDR Section 2-7.26, Seminola Blvd. Overlay District Design Guidelines (LPA 07-10) Approval to allow curbside mail delivery in lieu of kiosk mail delivery in the single family residential component within the Legacy Park Planned Development is requested. II. RESOLUTIONS: A. Resolution 08-1850 - Amended January 2008 Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning and School Concurrency Approval to amend the 2007 Interlocal Agreement to I) change the implementation date from January 2009 to January 2008, 2) begin a concurrency review process effective January 1,2008, and 3) require a concurrency review letter from the School Board prior to beginning any new residential construction, is requested.
