Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Jon Miller and carried <br />unanimously 5 - 0 by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Manager stated that Ordinances 07-1225 and 07-1226 related to the WalMart Project <br />and because issues pertaining to the traffic patterns are still outstanding, she requested the Public <br />Hearing for the two ordinances be continued to October 8, 2007. <br /> <br />F.
