All were present. <br /> <br />5. MINUTES <br /> <br />No minutes were presented for consideration. <br /> <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />A. DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION BY HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT _ <br />EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE SURVEY RESULTS BY ANDY BROOKS. ACTING <br />HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR <br /> <br />Mr. Andy Brooks, Acting Human Resources Director, gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding the <br />Employee Attitude Survey results. A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />B. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - PROCLAIMING THE WEEK OF MAY 6 - 12. <br />2007 AS "BUILDING SAFETY WEEK" <br /> <br />Mayor Goffproclaimed the week of May 6 - 12,2007 as "Building Safety Week" in the City ofCasselbeny. <br />Mr. Dave Aldrich, Building Official, accepted the proclamation. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced that persons who wished to make comment or inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1) John Johnston, 5 Winding Ridge Road, voiced concerns regarding the pending three <br />ordinances relating to parking regulations and the hardships the new regulations may have <br />on some residents. Mr. Johnston stated he was an RV owner and he did agree that RVS <br />should not be parked in the roadway, but should not be prohibited from being parked in a <br />rear yard or driveway. Mr. Johnston requested a copy of the proposed regulations. Ms. <br />Lipscomb stated Ordinance 06-1194 was not ready yet, and suggested Mr. Johnston provide <br />the Community Development Director with his address so that it could be sent directly to <br />him when it is ready. Ms. Lipscomb further noted the ordinance will also be available on <br />the City's website. <br />
