<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE
<br />LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AN
<br />AREA OF LAND SITUATE AND BEING IN SEMINOLE COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SECTION
<br />I OF THIS ORDINANCE; DECLARING AVAILABILITY OF
<br />MUNICIPAL SERVICES; DEFINING CONDITIONS OF ANNEX-
<br />ATION; REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF CASSEL-
<br />BERRY, FLORIDA, TO INCLUDE SAID PARCEL OF LAND IN
<br />THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING
<br />AMENDMENT OF CITY MAP TO INCLUDE THE ANNEXATION
<br />HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES
<br />FOR CITIZENSHIP IN THE CITY; SEVERABILITY; AND
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City
<br />
<br />
<br />of Casselberry, Florida, a petition for annexation signed by the landowner
<br />
<br />of the area sought to be annexed consenting to and requesting the annex-
<br />
<br />
<br />ation and zoning of that parcel specifically described herein; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />
<br />
<br />theretofore at regular meeting of the City Council has approved the
<br />
<br />
<br />petition signed by the landowner of the area sought to be annexed, con-
<br />
<br />
<br />senting to and requesting the annexation of said parcel and has considered
<br />
<br />thoroughly the feasibility of such annexation and zoning to the City of
<br />
<br />
<br />Casselberry, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 171.044, Laws of Florida,
<br />
<br />1976; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, objections to such annexation and zoning have been
<br />
<br />
<br />considered and hearings held, and it appearing in the best interest of the
<br />
<br />
<br />City of Casselberry, Florida, to annex and zone said property, subject to
<br />
<br />specific conditions and restrictions; and
<br />
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded from investigation that
<br />
<br />
<br />all municipal services will be available to the area to be annexed on the
<br />
<br />effective date of this ordinance.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA:
<br />
<br />SECTION I - ANNEXATION AND ZONING - That the City of Cassel-
<br />
<br />berry, Florida, does herewith and hereby annex and designate zoning of a
<br />
<br />certain tract of land lying in Seminole County, Florida, and more parti-
<br />
<br />cularly described as follows: to-wit:
<br />
<br />The North 1/2 of Lot 9, Block "A", Johnson's Poultry
<br />Farm, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 8 of Public
<br />Records of Seminole County, Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION I I - ZONING DESIGNATION - That the property described
<br />
<br />in Section I of this ordinance shall have the following zoning classifica-
<br />
<br />tion: M-1 (Light Manufacturing), as that classification is defined in
<br />
<br />Ordinance Number 188, and as amended and supplemented, of the City of
<br />
<br />Casselberry, Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION I II - CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION - None.
<br />
<br />SECTION IV - REDEFINING LIMITS BY DECLARATION - That the cor-
<br />
<br />porate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and it is herewith
