The invoice was adjusted accordingly from $21,539.26 to $20,031.76. MOTION: Commissioner Clark moved to approve the Special Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments Anthorization Report dated March 25, 2002 as amended, Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Hart, Motion carried nnanimously by voice vote. 2. RESOLUTION 02-] 349 - TIME WARNER CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT MOTION: Commissioner Clark moved to read Resolution 01-1349 by title only, Motion was seconded by Commissioner Henson, Motion carried unanimously by voice vote, The City Clerk read Resolution 02-1349 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CABLE ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
