Second Reading of Ordinance 07-1227 - Annexation of 380 Oleander Way; Property Owner - Lindsey Byers (Continued from October 8, 2007 meeting) Approval of this request by the property owner for voluntary annexation into the City is requested. D. First Reading of Ordinance 07-1228 - Amending ULDR Section 2-7.26, Seminola Boulevard Overlay District Design Criteria This item was advertised as a Public Hearing and requests approval to amend the Unified Land Development Regulations pertaining to the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District to change the criteria for apartments to include condominiums and to provide a school use instead ofa place of worship, with some design modifications. 10. Waiver of Code Enforcement Penalties/Liens - CE-07-00087 ($26,750) - 535 Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry; Owner - John Casselberry This item is submitted to the City Commission at the request of the property owner for consideration of a waiver or reduction of a code enforcement lien at 535 Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry. B. SPR 07-01 - Amendment to the Legacy Park Conceptual Development Plan Approval to amend the Legacy Park Conceptual Development Plan to allow a school in lieu of a church and to allow condominium units in lieu of apartments, with conditions of approval, is requested. C. CU 07-01 - Geneva School Conditional Use Request Approval of a conditional use request for an educational institution within the Legacy Park planned development with conditions of approval is requested. D. Resolution 07-1835 - Legacy Park (SPR 07-01) and Geneva School (CU 07-03) Site Development Agreement This item must follow items 12.A (SPR 07-01) and 12.B (CU 07-01) above and requests approval to adopt the conditions of approval for the Amended Conceptual Plan (SPR 07-01) and Geneva School Conditional Use (CU 07-03) within the Legacy Park planned development.
