SPR 07-01 - Amendment to the Legacy Park Conceptual Development Plan <br />Approval to amend the Legacy Park Conceptual Development Plan to allow a school in lieu of a church and to allow <br />condominium units in lieu of apartments, with conditions of approval, is requested. <br /> <br />C. CU 07-01 - Geneva School Conditional Use Request <br />Approval of a conditional use request for an educational institution within the Legacy Park planned development with <br />conditions of approval is requested. <br /> <br />D.
