Resolution 07-1832- Proposal from CDM to Provide Services for the Design and Permitting of Lake <br />Concord Stormwater Park, a.k.a Anniversary Park <br />Request approval of proposal in the amount of $200,000 for design and permitting services from CDM for stonnwater <br />improvements at the Lake Concord Stonnwater Park, also known as Anniversary Park, subject to funding being provided and <br />approved by the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />12. OTHER ITEMS: <br /> <br />A. SPR 06-28 - Casselberry Exchange Master Site Plan Modification (Lochrane Engineering) <br />Request approval of modification to the approved master site plan for Casselbeny Exchange to support the proposed site plan <br />for a Wal-Mart (SPR 07-13). <br /> <br />B. SPR 07-13 - Site Piau Review and Resolution 07-1831 - Site Plan Development Agreement - Casselberry <br />Exchange (Wal-Mart), 5655 S. U.S. Highway 17-92 (Lochrane Engineering) <br />Request approval ofSPR 07-13, Applicant proposed to demolish the vacant Service Merchandise building and construct a new <br />148,789 sq. ft. retail center with supporting infrastructure. Further request approval of Resolution 07-1831 for a site plan agreement <br />for the construction of the Wal-Mart store in the Casselberry Exchange Shopping Center. <br /> <br />13.
