SPR 06-28 - Casselberry Exchange Master Site Plan Modification (Lochrane Engineering) <br />Request approval of modification to the approved master site plan for Casselberry Exchange to support the proposed site plan <br />for a Wal-Mart (SPR 07-13). <br /> <br />B. SPR 07-13 - Site Plan Review and Resolution 07-1831 - Site Plan Development Agreement - Casselberry <br />Exchange (Wal-Mart), 5655 S. U.S. Highway 17-92 (Lochrane Engineering) <br />Request approval of SPR 07-13. Applicant proposed to demolish the vacant Service Merchandise building and construct a new <br />148,789 sq. ft. retail center with supporting infrastructure.
