<br />MINUTES OF THE MEETlNG OF THE \ <br />TOWN COUNCn. HElD NOVEMBER 26, 1945 ' <br />Casselberry, Florida <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Town Council was called to order at <br />7:00 P.M. the evening of November 26th by the President, Mr. Casselberry. <br />All members were present with the exception of Mrs. Ruth Nash and <br />Malford Morgan. <br /> <br />Minutes of the August meeting were read and accepted. <br /> <br />Mr. Bates, reporting for the conmittee, stated he had discussed with <br />Mr. Spencer of Sanford regarding traffic regulations, also that Mr. Moats <br />of Orlando was approached on the subject and was glad to report that <br />both 'c!ii"tornies concurred. and that we could accept a fine or a bond <br />for traffic violations. A motion was made and accepted thanking the <br />committee and that they proceed with their work. <br /> <br />Mr. Tal~ Hattaway presented a written request to the Board of Aldermen <br />that his property described as a 50' square in the SE comer of Lot 31, <br />Block 'HI Fem Park Estates and one-half of pUblic highway in front <br />thereof be brought into the Town of Casselberry. A motion was made by <br />O. E. Weaver that the property as described be brought into the Town <br />and was accepted by F. E. Geisler. <br /> <br />The next order of business was the inspection of the Registration Book <br />for the coming election held December 3, 1945. Upon inspection of the <br />book by the Aldermen, motion was made by F. E. Geisler to approve the <br />book and names listed therein be qualified to vote which was seconded <br />by O. E. Weaver. <br /> <br />The next order of the meeting was the certification of the candidates, <br />namely: <br /> <br />/' <br /> <br />Mayor - Gordon Kibbe <br />Marshall - Tal~ Hattaway <br />Aldennen - Paul Bates <br />O. F.
