<br />Notes: <br /> <br />1. One ERU Factor is equivalent to 300 gpd. <br />2. For all establishments not listed above, the total equivalent <br />residential unit (ERU) value shall be determined by multiplying the <br />number of fixture units, as published in the Southern Plumbing Code <br />by twenty-five (25), and then dividing that numerator by 300 <br />GPD/ERU, then multiplying by $2,091. <br /> <br />Total ERU Value = Number of fixture units X 25 <br />300 <br /> <br />For example, the <br />has a fixture unit <br />then divide it by <br />total fee: <br /> <br />Southern Plumbing Code indicates a kitchen sink <br />value of 2. Simply take the 2, multiply by 25, <br />300, then multiply it times $2,091, to get your <br /> <br />(2 x 25/300) x $2,091 = $349 <br /> <br />3.
