That Section 50.23 of the city Code of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: S 50.23 SEWER BENEFIT FEES AND CONNECTION FEES. (A) There is hereby established a sewer charge of $6.97 per gallon, which shall be paid by the user prior to hookup, for replacing equivalent unit capacity at the City's sewer treatment plant or at the Iron Bridge Regional Sewer Treatment Plant. Such fee shall be modified as required by the City Commission to reflect costs for providing sewer capacity to a new user. The following schedule shall be used to determine the fees for providing connection to interceptor lines, master lift and pumping stations, force mains, treatment, and other required sewer facilities inside and outside the corporate limits of the City, and for retention of maximum capacity and performance of the municipal sewer system. (B) Within city Customers.
