<br />RESOLUTION 07- 1782 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID AND THE EXECUTION OF AN <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND <br />HOLLOWAY TREE FARM TO PROVIDE TREES FOR CITY PARKS; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, ON SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry advertised for Trees for City Parks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Holloway Tree Farm was the low responsive bidder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent for the City of Casselberry ffild the Parks and <br />Recreation Director have reviewed the bid of Holloway Tree Farm and found it to be the most <br />responsive and responsible bid and recommend approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby accepts the <br />agreement with Holloway Tree Farm attached as "Exhibit A", and authorizes the Mayor to <br />execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. The City Commission hereby accepts the terms and conditions as <br />presented in said Agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION 111. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION V. Effective Date.
