<br />TEMPORARY ACCESS LICENSE <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROUNDABOUT IMPROVEMENTS AT <br />SOUTH SEMINOLE LODGE NO. 364 FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS OF FLORIDA <br /> <br />This Temporary Access License Agreement ("License") is made and entered into thiS/t' ~ day of <br /> <br />!Jr~~ ,2007, by and between SOUTH SEMINOLE LODGE NO. 364 FREE AND <br /> <br /> <br />ACCEPTED MASONS OF FLORIDA, ("GRANTOR"), with a mailing address of Post Office Box 180364, <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida 32718-0364, and CITY OF CASSELBERRY, a Florida municipal corporation <br /> <br />("GRANTEE") with offices at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />GRANTOR is the owner in fee simple title of certain real property described in Exhibit A attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Masonic Lodge Parcel"), located at Triplet Lake Drive, <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, County of Seminole, State of Florida; and <br /> <br />Pursuant to the terms and conditions of a land Purchase Agreement between GRANTOR and <br /> <br />GRANTEE, (the "Masonic Lodge Parcel"), GRANTEE is obligated to construct the Triplet Lake Drive and <br /> <br /> <br />US Hwy, 17/92 Intersection Improvements Project, (the "Project"), a public right of way, which is located <br /> <br /> <br />adjacent to the South Seminole Lodge No, 364 Free and Accepted Masons of Florida meeting place, <br /> <br /> <br />(Masonic Lodge); and <br /> <br />Due to the construction time schedule, it is important GRANTEE have the right under license to <br /> <br />enter those portions of the Masonic Lodge Parcel that are more particularly described in Exhibit A <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "License Area") to perform certain work <br /> <br />associated with constructing the improvements for the Project; and <br /> <br />GRANTOR is willing to allow GRANTEE to use the License Area prior to the closing of the <br /> <br />Masonic Lodge Parcel for the purpose of performing such work in accordance with the terms and <br /> <br />conditions of this License so the Project may be completed, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and <br /> <br />other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the <br /> <br />parties hereto, do hereby covenant and agree as follows: <br />
