That Section 51.02(B) and (C) of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />S 51.02 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(B) Outside-city Customers. There is hereby <br />established a uniform schedule of charges for the monthly <br />use or availability for use of the municipal water system <br />to properties located outside the city limits as follows: <br /> <br />Fixed rate and variable rate charges shown in Paragraph <br />(A) are for service within the city limits. For service <br />outside the city limits, multiply the fixed rate and <br />variable rate charges for service within the city limits <br />by a factor of 1.10 through November 30, 1991, by a <br />factor of 1.25 effective December 1, 1991, by a factor of <br />1.37 effective October 1, 1992, and by a factor of 1.50 <br />effective October 1, 1993 and thereafter. <br /> <br />(C) Wholesale Customers. There is hereby established <br />a uniform schedule of rates and charges for the monthly <br />use or availability for use of the municipal water system <br />to properties located outside the corporate limits of the <br />City through wholesale service agreements with Seminole <br />County as follows: the wholesale rate shall be $0.83 per <br />1,000 gallons billed to the last 100 gallons recorded by <br />the City. <br /> <br />SBCTION IV. That Section 51.03 <br /> <br />of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />S 51.03 WATER BENEFIT FEE AND CONNECTION FEE. <br /> <br />There are hereby established uniform charges for <br />replacement and expansion or installation of major main <br />lines and water supply treatment plants and plant <br />capacity, water storage, and master pumping facilities, <br />fire flow and pressure capacities, and other necessary <br />water production and transmission facilities inside and <br /> <br />-2- <br />
