Resolution 07-1775 - Purchase Agreement and Temporary Access License between the Masonic Lodge <br />and the City of Casselberry - $30,000.00 <br /> <br />This item requests Commission approval to enter into an agreement for the purchase of land from the Masonic Lodge <br />to be used as additional right-of-way in the Triplet Lake Drive and U.S. Highway 17/92 Intersection Improvements <br />Projecl. In addition, approval ofa Temporary Access License is requested which will allow staff to begin <br />construction activities on the Masonic Lodge property prior to the closing date to purchase the property. <br /> <br />B. Resolution 07-1776 - Purchase Agreement and Temporary Access License between Siebert Trust and the <br />City of Casselberry - $8,000.00 <br /> <br />This item requests Commission approval to enter into an agreement for the purchase ofland from the Siebert Trust to <br />be used as additional right-of-way in the Triplet Lake Drive and U.S. Highway 17/92 Intersection Improvements <br />Projecl. Resolution 07-1777 - Award of Bid and Agreement with Annan Landscape Co. for Landscape <br />Maintenance Services on Seminola Boulevard - $25,340.00 <br /> <br />Approval is requested to award the bid and enter into a one-year agreement with the low bidder, Annan Landscape <br />Co., for landscape maintenance services on Seminola Boulevard, effective May 4,2007 at an annual base bid of <br />$25,340.00. <br /> <br />D. Resolution 07-1778 - Proposal from Southern Surveying & Mapping Corporation for Subsurface Utility <br />Verifications on North Winter Park Drive - $19,940.00 <br /> <br />Approval is requested to accept the proposal to perform field verifications of the exact locations and depths of <br />existing utilities prior to design and construction of the new storm sewer system on North Winter Park Drive. <br /> <br />E. Resolution 07-1779 - Modifications to the Police Lieutenants Coastal Florida Police Benevolent <br />Association Bargaining Agreement <br /> <br />Modifications to eliminate the take-home vehicle charge for Police lieutenants and the requirement that their <br />annual physical examinations be conducted by a City physician are requested for approval as amendments to their <br />bargaining agreement. <br /> <br />F. Resolution 07-1780 - Proposal from Southern Landscaping & Irrigation Systems, Inc. for Landscaping <br />Improvements along Seminola Boulevard - $114,361.93 <br /> <br />Approval to provide irrigation and landscaping improvements along Seminola Boulevard is requested. <br />
