<br />RESOLUTION 06-1689 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, SEMINOLE <br />COUNTY, DESIGNATING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES AS "SURPLUS" TO <br />ENABLE THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTIES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Casselberry has determined to sell certain <br />real properties owned by the City of Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those properties must be designated as "Surplus Property". <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Those real properties owned by the City of Casselberry and designated for <br />sale as surplus property by the City Commission are identified as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Concord Center properties: PIN 08-21-30-511-0100-0010 <br />PIN 08-21-30-511-0100-0090 <br />PIN 08-21-30-5BL-IFOO-0040 <br />PIN 08-21-30-5BL-IFOO-0060 <br /> <br />2. Vacant lot south of shopping center, west and adjacent to City Hall <br />PIN 08-21-30-528-0000-0010, 0020, and 0030 <br /> <br />3. City parking lot, north of shopping center, west and adjacent to City Hall <br />PIN 08-21-30-514-QAOO-001D, 001G, and 001H <br /> <br />4. Lots 1 - 9, located within the Northeast Industrial Park Replat <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves <br />to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />
