<br />performing administrative services as defined by Sec. 5~21.2 of the Unified Land <br /> <br />Development Regulations. Fee waiver applications, including a demonstration of need <br /> <br />for the fee waiver, shall be submitted to the Fire Chief, or designee, who shall forward it <br /> <br />with a recommendation for action by the City Manager. For applications where the City <br /> <br />of Casselberry is the property owner and the applicant, the fees shall be automatically <br /> <br />waived. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. CONTINUANCE IN FORCE. The fee schedule established by this <br /> <br />resolution shall remain in full force and effect, as amended periodically by Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The Fire Department is hereby directed to create a list of the fees <br /> <br />imposed by this Resolution, and future Resolutions, to provide to citizens upon request. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br /> <br />Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to <br /> <br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br /> <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with <br /> <br />any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
