<br />Exhibit A <br />BID #P06-05 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />I. TillS AGREEMENT, made as of the 1st day of Mav . 2006, by and <br />between the City of Casselberry, Florida, hereinafter called the owner. and JMC Services Inc. <br />hereinafter called the contractor. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH, that the Owner and the Contractor, for the considerations stated herein, agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />2. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide and furnish all the necessary labor, supervision, material, tools, <br />expendable and permanent equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to <br />perform and complete in a workmanlike manner, all of the work described as: "Building <br />Maintenance Services" for the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Terms, Conditions, and Specifications <br />prepared by the City of Casselberry Purchasing Department, hereinafter called the Purchasing <br />Agent, and in strict compliance with the Contractor's Proposal as accepted, including any <br />amendments agreed upon at the time of execution of this Agreement, and with the other Contract <br />Documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Agreement. <br /> <br />3. THE CONTRACT PRICE <br /> <br />The Owner shall pay to the Contractor, and the Contractor shall accept, in full payment for the <br />performance of this Agreement, subject to any additions or deductions provided for hereby in <br />current funds for work reformed in accordance with the schedule of unit prices attached hereto <br />and made a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />Payments are to be made to the Contractor in accordance with and subject to the provisions <br />embodied in the other documents which are a part ofthis Agreement. <br /> <br />4. AUTHORITY AND RESPONSffiILITY OF THE OWNER <br /> <br />All Work shall be done under the general supervision of the Owner. The Owner shall decide any <br />and all questions which may arise as to the quality and acceptability of materials furnished, work <br />performed, rate of progress of work, interpretation of Specifications, and all questions as to the <br />acceptable fulfillment of the Agreement on the part of the contractor. These provisoes shall not <br />release the Contractor from any Contractor responsibility contained herein. <br />
