<br />pursuant to this Contract. The Consultant shall obtain and pay for all required licenses and <br /> <br />permits required to do business in the State of Florida and in Seminole County. The Consultant <br /> <br />shall obtain all permits associated with each project. The City shall pay for all permit fees. <br />ARTICLE 12 - INSURANCE <br /> <br />The Consultant and its sub consultants will be required at their own expense to procure <br /> <br />and maintain in effect at all times during the performance of the work insurance coverage for <br /> <br />protection from claims under worker's compensation acts, claims for damages because of bodily <br /> <br />injury including personal injury, sickness or disease or death to any and all employees, or third <br /> <br />parties, claims or damages because of injury to or destruction of property, and professional <br />liability insurance including pollution and asbestos liability with limits not less than those set <br />forth below. Insurance will initially be obtained by the Consultant upon receipt of the first <br />project awarded by the City under this Contract, and shall be active throughout the terms of any <br />and all active projects. The Consultant shall maintain adequate insurance coverage and assure <br />that its sub consultants are adequately insured at all times. <br /> <br /> <br />General Liability $1,000,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Automobile Liability $1,000,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Worker's Compensation $500,000 <br /> <br /> <br />Professional Liability $1,000,000 <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLEI3-ll{DE~FICATION <br /> <br />To the fullest extent permitted by law, and to the extent claims, damages, losses or <br /> <br />expenses are not covered by insurance purchased by the Consultant, the Consultant shall <br /> <br />indemnifY and hold harmless the City and its agents and employees from and against claims, <br /> <br />5 <br />
