Pricing based on prices contained in a contract between American Water Services Underground Infrastructure, <br />Inc. and Vol usia County, Florida, purchase order number PA4412. <br />2. National Liner to be installed as per ASTM & manufacturer's specifications. <br />3. This proposal is subject to pre-TV inspection by American Water Services Underground Infrastructure, Inc. <br />indicating that line conditions are acceptable for installation of National Liner. <br />4. Price quoted does not include point repairs if required prior to installing National Liner. <br />5. The City ofCasselherry to supply an approved dump site within twenty (20) miles of job location for debris <br />removed from storm sewer pipe. <br />6. American Water Services Underground Infrastructure, Inc. shall furnish the City of Casselberry with a final <br />TV tape of the rehabilitated sanitary sewer line(s). <br />7. Maintenance of traffic is included. <br />8. Water for miscellaneous cleaning and processing ofliner by the City of Casselberry. <br />9. All work to be complete within ninety (90) days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. <br />10. Proposal does not include bonds or permit fees. Bond, ifrequ. , will be nvoice total.
