<br />RESOLUTION 06-1659 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL <br />FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2005; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry Florida, has been presented the <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2005 prepared by the <br />Accounting Firm of Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and recommends <br />acceptance by the City Commission. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby accepts the Comprehensive <br />Annual Financial Report for Year Ending September 30,2005, attached as Exhibit "A" and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute the Resolution accepting the Audit. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. Ifany Section or portion ofa Section of this Resolution proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect <br />of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective date.
