The parties agree to.execute such other documents as may be necessary <br /> <br />to effectuate the terms and conditions of this Addendum. <br /> <br />10. This agreement constitutes an Addendum to the Modified Stipulation and <br /> <br />Settlement Agreement. Except as expressly amended by this Addendum, the Modified <br /> <br />Stipulation shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. As with the Modified <br /> <br />Stipulation, this Addendum shall be binding upon the heirs, successors, and/or <br /> <br />assignees of the parties hereto.
