DECKER (DECKER") and Respondent, CITY OF <br /> <br />CASSELBERRY ("CITY"), enter into this Addendum to Modified Stipulation and <br /> <br />Settlement f-greement in the above-styled proceeding, to clarify certain items not <br /> <br /> <br />specifically articulated in the Modified Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, dated <br /> <br /> <br />March 8, 1999 ("Modified Stipulation"). Except as expressly amended by this <br /> <br />Addendum, the Modified Stipulation shall remain in full force and effect in accordance <br /> <br />with its terms. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the Modified <br /> <br />Stipulation, the Parties stipulated and agree as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The reference to the control elevation of 83,75 feet, mean sea level set <br /> <br />forth in paragraph 3 of the Modified Stipulation is hereby corrected to be a normal <br /> <br />control elevation of 85,00 feet, mean sea level.
