SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE We, the undersigned, DO HEREBY CERTIFY as follows: 1. That we did heretofore cause to be officially executed the revised $3,000,000 City of Casselberry, Florida Sales Tax Revenue Note, Series 2004 (the "Revised Note") of the City of Casselberry, Florida (the "City"). 2. That Bob Goff, Mayor of the City, has executed the Revised Note by his manual signature, and that said Mayor was on the date he executed the Revised Note and is now the duly elected, qualified and acting Mayor of the City. 3. That Michael L. Stampfler is the duly appointed City Manager of the City. 4. That Thelma L. McPherson, is the duly appointed City Clerk of the City. 5. That we have caused the official seal of the City to be imprinted on the Revised Note, said seal imprinted hereon being the official seal of the City, and that the City Clerk caused such seal to be attested by her manual signature, and that said City Clerk was on the date she signed the Revised Note and is now the duly qualified and acting City Clerk. 6. That the seal which has been impressed on or otherwise reproduced on the Revised Note and upon this certificate is the legally adopted, proper and only seal of the City.
