18. <br /> <br />swales, inlets, pipes, gutters, filters, weirs, and other <br />control structures. <br /> <br />Total Flew The accumulative volume of stormwater <br />discharged from a property, basin, or watershed. The <br />total flow is quantified in measures such as acre feet or <br />cubic feet of water. <br /> <br />19. utility - the Stormwater and Lake Management Utility. <br /> <br /> § 52.30 STORMWATER AND LAKE MANAGEMENT UTILITY <br /> <br /> A stormwater and lake management utility fee is hereby imposed upon all <br />owners or occupants of each developed lot and parcel within the City for services <br />and facilities provided by the stormwater and lake management utility program. For <br />purposes of imposing the stormwater and lake management fee, all developed lots and <br />parcels within the City are classified as residential or nonresidential. <br /> <br /> The City Manager or his designee is directed to prepare a Hst of developed lots <br />and parcels within the City and assign a classification of residential or <br />nonresidential. <br /> <br /> Stormwater and lake management fees shall apply to all developed properties <br />within the City including those properties classified as nonprofit or tax exempt for <br />ad valorem tax purposes. It shall apply to all developed properties owned or <br /> <br />occupied by a governmental entity, including properties of the City. <br /> § 52.40 SCHEDULE OF FEES. <br /> <br /> Stormwater and lake management utility fees shall be established by separate <br />Resolution of the City Commission in accordance with the following classifications: <br /> <br /> (A) Residen~al: Each residential unit, regardless of residential <br /> class, shali be considered one ( 1 ) Equivalent Residential U nit (ERU) for <br /> billing purposes. The charge for one (1) ERU shall be set at a fiat rate <br /> by Resolution of the City Commission. For residential accounts not <br /> individually metered for water, the account holder of the master water <br /> meter shall be billed the fee established for one (1) ERU multiplied by <br /> the number of residential units. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
