Commissioner Cook voiced <br />concerns regarding utilizing advertising and distribution to non-residents. Mayor Pronovost also voiced <br />concerns regarding the lack of the City's approval on adve~sing and entering into a two year contract <br />opposed to a one year with an additional one year option. Mr. Clifton stated a formal contract addressing <br />the Commission's concerns will be dratled and brought back for consideration. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve the SpeCial <br />Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments <br />Authorization Report dated May 24, 2004 as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. <br />Motion carried 4 - 1 (Commissioner Cook dissenting) <br />by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doerner - Yes; Commissioner Cook - No; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 4 - 1. <br /> <br /> <br />
