Stafffurther recommended continuing Ordinance 04-1128 on first <br />reading in order to provide the affected property owners with written notification via certified mail as <br />required by City Code Section 68-133(c). Renaming the remaining length o f State Road 436 witI'dn the City <br />limits could be addressed separately should the Commission decide to pursue the matter in the future. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: <br /> <br />1 ) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1128, <br />stating he felt the name should rema'm Semoran Boulevard. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to continue Ordinance 04- <br />1128 on first reading to the call of the Chair in order to <br />provide affected property owners with written <br />notification via certified mail as required by City Code <br />Section 68-133(c). Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously <br />by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. RESOLUTION 04-1492 - SUPPLEMENT NO. 16 TO CONTINUING SERVICES <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WITH CPH ENGINEERS FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR THE HUNTERFIELD ROAD STORAGE AND HIGH SERVICE <br /> <br />PUMPING FACILITY & RELATED BUDGET TRANSFER <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolution 04-1492 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1492 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAS SELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 16 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY AND CPH ENGINEERING, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE DESIGN AND PERMITTING OF THE HUNTERFIELD <br />ROAD STORAGE AND HIGH SERVICE PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTiVE DATE." <br /> <br /> <br />
