CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a meeting Monday, May 10, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselbeny, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bruce Pronov0st, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #5 A1 Clark, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #4 Linda Hart, Commissioner - Seat #3 Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat #1 ~arrivedat 7:48p.m.) STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney Donna Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director Mitch Floyd, Fire Chief Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director Valerie Jansen, Public Works Senior Staff Assistant John Pavlis, Police Chief Tony Segreto, Public Works Director Sandra Smith, Chief Planner Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director Vice Mayor Clark called the Regular meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Vice Mayor Clark led the invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Mayor Pronovost. It was noted that Mayor Pronovost's flight was delayed and he would be arriving to the meeting late. PRESENTATIONS Vice Mayor Clark, with the assistance of Valerie Jensen of the Public Works Department, made award presentations to the remaining 2004 City of Casselberry Drop Savers Water Conservation Poster Contest winners. Winners from Casselberry Elementary School, English Estates Elementary School and Milwee Middle School were recognized at the April 26, 2004 City Commission meeting. Vice Mayor Clark thanked all the participating school faculties, parents, and contestants for their efforts.
