Only present at the Executive Session.) <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />An Executive Session was held at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of briefing the City Commission on labor <br />negotiations with the bargaining agent for the Coastal Police Benevolent Association Police Officers and <br />Sergeants unit. Executive Sessions are held by the City Commission for the purpose of discussion of labor <br />matters; they are not open to the general public pursuant to Florida Statutes 447.605. All members of the <br />City Commission were present. Vice Mayor Hart arrived at 6:30 p.m. Also present at the session were <br />Eugene Miller, Interim City Manager; Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director; John Pavlis, Police Chief; and Bill <br />Katsafanas, Assistant City Labor Attorney. Mayor Goff adjourned the Executive Session at 6:59 p.m. <br />
