CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the Workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 2:33 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />3. REPORT ON REEVALUATION OF STREETLIGHT <br />ASSESSMENT FEES - DISCUSSION AND GUIDANCE <br />Presentation: Construction Permitting Manager Marty Pawlikowski gave a brief overview of events leading <br />to re-evaluation of the City's streetlight assessment program, explaining that at a Commission Workshop in <br />December, 2012 several issues relating to the program had been raised, including exemptions for apartments, <br />condos and some single family residences located in private communities. In addition to those concerns, there <br />was discussion relating to the commercial vs. non-commercial corridors within the City. Mr. Pawlikowski <br />advised that in January of 2014 the City Commission had approved a special consultant to conduct a review of <br />the City's special assessment program, which was the firm of Bryant, Miller and Olive. He added that Bryant, <br />Miller and Olive had hired Burton & Associates, the firm which had conducted the City's utility rate study, to <br />
