OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on February 10, 2021, 4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 5. ZB 20.06: Rezoning of 380 SR 436 and Parcel ID: 17-21-30.300-025N-0000. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) for two (2) parcels generally located near the intersection of State Road 436 and Lamplite Way. 6. SPR 20-07: Emergency Vet Clinic at 3352 S US HWY 17-92. A major site plan request to construct an ±8,968 sq. ft. building with associated parking, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site lighting at 3352 S US HWY 17-92. 7. CU 21-05: 3352 S US HWY 17.92. An extension request to the approval of CU 20-01 to operate an emergency veterinary clinic in the CG zoning district. 8. CU 21-03: 1436 SR 436 Suite 1064. A conditional use request to serve beer, wine, and liquor for on-site consumption (4COP- SRX) at the Santa Rosa Mexican Restaurant located at 1436 SR 436 Suite 1064. 9. CU 21.04: 1810 SR 436 Suites 124 128 132 136 and 140. A conditional use request to serve beer, wine, and liquor for on-site consumption (4COP) at the Cue Phoria Billiards and Cafe located at 1810 SR 436 Suites 124, 128, 132, 136, and 140. 10.
