OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on November 18, 2020. 4. Disclosure of Ex -parte Communications. 5. CU 20.13: Drive Through Restaurants at 1391 SR 436. A conditional use request to operate three (3) drive through restaurants at 1391 SR 436. 6. SPR 20-11: Aviation Institute Parking Lot. A minor site plan request to construct a parking lot at 2995 S. U.S. Highway 17/92. 7. LPA 20-11: Tree Removal Process Ordinance. An ordinance to amend Article XIV, Tree Protection, Section 3-14.3, Permit Required for Removal, and Section 3-14.8, Violations, Waivers and Appeals, of the Unified Land Development Regulations. 8. Orientation Presentation from the City Attorney. Quasi -Judicial Proceedings; Developing Good Habits. 9. Orientation Presentation from the Community Development Director.
