OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 20-08: 1221 Seminola Blvd. Awning — Minor Site Plan 15t Review. A minor site plan proposal to install an awning on an existing structure. b. SPR 20.09: 1436 SR 436 Unit #1024 Outdoor Seating — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. A minor site plan proposal to install outdoor restaurant seating. c. SPR 20-10: 4100 S US Hwy 17.92 Warehouse — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. A minor site plan proposal to remove and replace the metal warehouse. 5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. a. None Donna G.
