OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on <br />Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. <br />Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on July 8, 2020. <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. LPA 20-05: Wireless Code Amendments. An ordinance to amend Section 2-7.36, Communication Tower, <br />Communication Antenna, and Wireless Communication Facility Regulations, and Section 5-21.2, Definition of <br />Terms, in the Unified Land Development Regulations to update these sections in accordance with legislative <br />changes. <br />6. CU 20-04: Jefferson Lake Howell — Residential Boat Dock. A request to consider a conditional use to allow a <br />fixed residential boat dock for the Jefferson Lake Howell apartment complex at 1124 Shoreview Circle. <br />7. SP 16-04: Legacy Place Townhomes — Final Plat. A request to subdivide a single parcel (Parcel ID: 26-20-30- <br />5AR-OD00-1300) on the corner of Seminola Boulevard and Murphy Road to accommodate the approved site <br />plan for a 64 -unit townhome community. <br />8. SP 19-06: Concord Park Commercial Subdivision — Final Plat. A request to subdivide Lot 4 of the Lake <br />Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat (PB 79 PG 90-93) into 3 parcels. <br />9. SPR 18-18: Keystone Corner — Commercial/Retail Plaza. A major site plan request to develop 1531 and 1533 <br />Seminola Boulevard with a ±17,362 square foot commercial plaza. <br />10.
